These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wovenvillage.com (the "Site"), operated by Anansi Creative Studio LLC ("Woven," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Woven

Woven is a membership community and certification program focused on Black and Brown owned brands. The Site is an informational and marketing resource. Membership and any purchases are made separately, including through our mobile app when available, and may be subject to additional terms presented to you at the time of sign-up or purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make purchases or enter into agreements with us.

Membership and pricing

Any membership pricing, promotions, and founding-member terms described on the Site are subject to the conditions stated alongside them and may change over time. The terms that apply to a specific membership are those presented to you when you join.

Certification

The "Woven Certified" mark reflects our own good-faith assessment of a brand against our criteria at a point in time. It is not a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of any brand's products, services, or conduct, and it may be granted, declined, or withdrawn at our discretion. We are not responsible for the products, services, or actions of certified or listed brands, which are independent third parties.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the "Woven" and "Woven Certified" names and marks, and design, are owned by or licensed to Anansi Creative Studio LLC and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission. Brand names and images of partners are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services such as event registration, application forms, app stores, and partner brands. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
